Purpose
This Dispute Resolution Policy is designed to address and resolve any disputes that may arise between Moulden Law, PLLC and its clients in relation to legal services, business education, or coaching services. Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and timely resolution process for all concerns.
Steps for Resolving Disputes
1. Initial Contact
If you have any concerns regarding the legal, coaching, or business education services provided by Moulden Law, PLLC, please contact us at [Phone Number] or via email at [Email Address]. We encourage clients to raise any issues as soon as they arise so that we can address them promptly.
2. Review and Response
Upon receiving your concern, we will conduct a thorough review of the matter and respond within 3 business days. Depending on the nature of the concern, this response may include:
Requests for additional information,
Clarifications on the services provided,
Proposed solutions, or
A detailed explanation of any actions that will be taken to resolve the issue.
3. Resolution Offer
Where appropriate, Moulden Law, PLLC will offer a resolution based on the nature of the dispute. This could involve:
Adjustments to legal services provided,
Revisions to business coaching strategies or educational materials,
A partial refund or alternative compensation if deemed appropriate,
A new coaching session or consultation to address concerns related to coaching or education services.

4. Owner Review
If you are dissatisfied with the proposed resolution, the matter will be escalated to the owner of Moulden Law, PLLC for a final review. The owner will make the final internal decision regarding the dispute. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, external mediation may be suggested.
5. Mediation
If a dispute remains unresolved after the internal review, Moulden Law may suggest mediation with a neutral third party to facilitate a resolution. Both parties must agree to mediation, and any associated costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mediation will take place in the county of Oakland, Michigan, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Legal Resolution
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the steps outlined in this policy, either party may seek resolution through legal channels. Any legal action will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and the venue for any such action shall be the courts located in Oakland, Michigan. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably before pursuing litigation.
7. Confidentiality
All disputes will be handled in a confidential manner. Both parties agree to refrain from disclosing any details related to the dispute to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to resolve the dispute.
8. General Terms
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Moulden Law PLLC remains committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations governing customer rights.
